New Exercise

Ever strugglred with certain chord changes? Well I have and recently a friend showed me an exercise he does to improve his changes with difficult chords.

Do you have problems with your third and fourth fingers when fingering chords? Some chord changes can be quite difficult and I find that my third finger does not move on its own very well, especially when the fourth finger is fretted, they both try to move.
