New Guitar and Song Forum

Just completed the first stages of my forum. I've used phpbb to create a forum page on my site its at http://www.guitarandson.com/forums/
I will be trying to organise it a bit better but I'm pleased with it so far.
Just hope I get some members!

Review of the Behringer NR-100

Started to work on my site and songs again. Reviewed a pedal I got a few months ago now the behringer NR-100. Its a noise reduction pedal and sits at the end of my effect chain.

Started working on a new song also. I recorded a basic acoustic part and wrote down some lyrics.

Been Very Busy.

Sorry not much activity on the blog or website been very busy with work.

Added a New Hub

Just added a new hub to HubPages. Its called Writing a Song It describes how I wrote my first song and what methods I used.

I even stuck my video of me playing the godfather theme on it.

Quite like hub pages but takes a bit of time.

New Exercise

Ever strugglred with certain chord changes? Well I have and recently a friend showed me an exercise he does to improve his changes with difficult chords.

Do you have problems with your third and fourth fingers when fingering chords? Some chord changes can be quite difficult and I find that my third finger does not move on its own very well, especially when the fourth finger is fretted, they both try to move.

Guitar and Song Site Active

Finally my website is up and running. I have added all of my songs to the site. They have been written and recorded over the past year. My site also covers the guitar and I have added a few pages like exercises, tabs and lessons and reviews. Its not complete but there is a lot to add and its a start. I have some exercises to help with speed and I have added some easy song tabs for people to learn.

I decided to add a video page and at present I have one video of me playing the Godfather theme called Speak Softly my Love.
